Professor Sun Wei

Zhejiang University

Brief Introduction: Sun Wei is a researcher of Zhejiang University’s Hundred Talents Program, a tenured associate professor, a doctoral supervisor, and a national talent. He works at Zhejiang University’s School of Materials Science and Engineering (National Key Laboratory of Silicon and Advanced Semiconductors, Academician Yang Deren’s Silicon Materials Research Team). He received his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, Canada in 2016, under the tutelage of Professor Geoffrey Ozin. In recent years, he has published more than 60 academic papers in high-level academic journals. He has undertaken a number of national research projects, including the National Key Research and Development Young Scientist Program. He is currently the deputy director of the Institute of Semiconductor Materials, and serves as a young director of the Chinese Photosensitive Society and a young editorial board member of several journals. He is mainly engaged in research on the application of silicon nanochemistry in carbon dioxide reduction, photothermal catalysis, plastic degradation, and resource recycling and upgrading.

       

 

 

       

          

 

 

 

 

 

Qiu Yutao, Senior Engineer

State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd.

Brief Introduction: Qiu Yutao, male, senior engineer, second-level expert of State Grid Zhejiang Electric Power Co., Ltd., member of the relay protection expert group of State Grid Corporation, national model worker, vice chairman of IEEE PES protection and control integration subcommittee, chairman of IEEE PES Hangzhou branch, member of several special committees of China Electrical Engineering Society and China Electrotechnical Society. He has published nearly 100 papers in domestic and foreign scientific and technological journals, authorized more than 100 national invention patents, won 24 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, and presided over or participated in the compilation of more than 10 national standards and more than 30 industry and State Grid corporate standards. Jianqi Zhang, Chief Scientist

Jiangsu Yangtze River Delta Smart Water Research Institute

Brief Introduction: Dr. Jianqi Zhang is the President of Chang Tech International, Inc., USA, and the Chief Scientist of Jiangsu Yangtze River Delta Smart Water Research Institute, China. He retired from the Washington, D.C. Water and Sewerage Authority (DC Water) in 2020. Dr. Zhang received a bachelor's degree in hydraulic engineering from Tamkang University, a master's degree in civil engineering from Ohio State University, and a doctorate in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla. Dr. Zhang has served in leadership positions in many professional organizations, including Chairman of the Watershed Management Committee of the Water Environment Federation, Chairman of the Chesapeake Water Environment Association, Chairman of the Utility Committee of the Chesapeake American Water Association, and President of the Chinese American Engineers Society. He is also the President of the New York Chapter of the Overseas Chinese Environmental Engineers and Scientists Association. Dr. Zhang has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and more than a dozen universities in China.

       

 

 

       
   

Dr. Dong Zhen

Founder and Chairman of Suyu Technology (Huzhou) Co., Ltd.

Brief Introduction: Dong Zhen, Dong Zhen, male, born in June 1994. Full-scholarship PhD from the University of Manchester, UK, undergraduate and master's degree in electrical engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology; deputy editor-in-chief of the international journal Frontiers in Control Engineering; researcher of ICSE (hydrogen energy) at the University of Warwick, UK. In 2021, Suyu Technology was founded and the team was led to create the industry's first fully self-developed programmable integrated electronic control architecture, thereby realizing the innovation of hydrogen-lithium hybrid systems from 1.0 paradigm (discrete) to 2.0 paradigm (integrated), effectively promoting the cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the system. Yin Jian, Senior Engineer

Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant

Brief Introduction: Yin Jian, male, graduated from Zhejiang Water Conservancy and Hydropower College in 1996, and has served as Qinshan Nuclear Power Electrical Relay Protection Engineer, Process System Engineer, and Electrical Equipment Section Chief. Master of Engineering from Hohai University, senior engineer, leader of Qinshan Nuclear Power Relay Protection Discipline, leader of Qinshan Nuclear Power Equipment Management Committee Relay Protection Group, and member of China Nuclear Power Equipment Management Committee Relay Protection Group. Since joining the work, he has been engaged in electrical professional and technical work in the fields of maintenance and technology of Qinshan Nuclear Power. From 2002 to 2004, he participated in the comprehensive commissioning of two heavy water reactor nuclear power units of Qinshan Phase III in cooperation with China and Canada. Actively promoted the improvement of electrical equipment localization, and presided over many major changes, renovations and scientific research work of Qinshan Nuclear Power and China Nuclear Power. Professor Li Guoneng

Zhejiang University of Science and Technology

Brief Introduction: Li Guoneng, male, PhD, professor, secretary of the national model party branch and provincial model party branch, vice president of the School of Mechanical and Energy Engineering of Zhejiang University of Science and Technology, etc. During his work, he served as deputy director of the Science and Technology Bureau of Lucheng District, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province and Jiaxing Science and Technology Association for one year, and was sent by the China Scholarship Council to Rice University for one year. Professor Chen Xiaojing

Wenzhou University

Brief Introduction: Dr. Chen Xiaojing, professor, vice dean of the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering of Wenzhou University, presided over 4 national projects and more than 10 provincial and ministerial projects. With the support of many national and provincial and ministerial projects, he has conducted in-depth and systematic research on exploring optical information processing and detection models. Professor Wang Shuxin

Shanghai Zhongqiao Vocational and Technical University

Gao Guowang Professor

Xi'an Shiyou University

Brief Introduction: Gao Guowang, male, PhD, professor, currently the vice dean of the School of Electrical Engineering of Xi'an Shiyou University. He graduated from Xi'an Shiyou University in June 2004 with a master's degree in engineering and stayed on to teach at the university in the same year; graduated from Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology in 2013 with a doctorate in physical electronics; worked as a visiting scholar at the University of Alberta, Canada for one year from April 2014 to April 2015. His research interests include detection technology and automation equipment, non-destructive testing technology, measurement while drilling technology and instruments, and unconventional oil and gas enhanced recovery.
